"Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days? Some remove the landmarks; they violently take away flocks, and feed thereof."          Job 24:1

None dare call it treason but God clearly sees the treachery of the judiciary in America, that it is treasonous in nature, if not in deed.  Treason is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty. In general, it is the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or the betraying of the state into the hands of a foreign power.

Because, the first amendment guarantees to every citizen the right of free speech treason in the United States is confined to the actual levying of war against the United States, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. Our Founding Fathers designed a government with three branches, each with a distinctive role. They did not envision an oligarchy of unelected and unaccountable masters. Don't take my word for it. Alexander Hamilton, ardent champion of the U.S. Constitution, wrote in Federalist No. 78: "The judiciary . . . has no influence over either the sword or the purse . . . and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither Force nor Will but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments."

Judgment is the constitutional duty of the Supreme Court it is the right and duty of the Supreme Court to determine if Congressional and Executive actions are in compliance with the letter and spirit of the Unite States Constitution and to rule on the constitutionality of the other branches of Government in their governmental actions. When the Judiciary through the subterfuge of calling the constitution a living document change that document to their will so that they may legislate from the bench they subvert the constitution. The power of legislation is a power, which only belongs to congress the elected branch of our government not the appointed branch of our constitutional government. When the Judiciary subverts the constitution and changes our national landmarks they establish an Oligarchy and commit treason in spirit, if not in deed.

The recent court ruling that saying “Under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional and threatens our constitutional right of the free exercise of all religious faiths in America. It is a direct attacks against the most personal and perhaps the most important of all freedoms the freedom of conscience. This decision was described by the Whitehouse and congressional leaders with adjectives such as outrageous, ridiculous, stupid, twisted etc. What has not been discovered is that if this ruling by the 9th circuit should stand then it would clearly say that the Judiciary in America was so inept that for forty-five years every court in America let stand an unconstitutional act.

Where did this embracement and attack on our personal freedom come from and what is happening to our judiciary? What are the difference between a strict constructionist Judge and a living constitution Judge?

A strict constructionist Judge interprets the Constitution as it is written, not as he or she wished it had been written. Thus, the Constitution’s guarantee of the “free exercise of religion” would protect the right to use “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance.

A Judge who believes in a living constitution believes that what the Supreme Court says about an issue is more important than what the Constitution says about the same issue. These judges agree with the philosophy set forth by former Supreme Court Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes that, ‘We are under a Constitution, but the Constitution is what the judge says it is.
