Psalm 119:1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. The supremacy of God's law was generally recognized in the English common law. Sir William Blackstone, was the preeminent English legal authority widely followed by the American founders, and he recognized the binding legal nature of the law of God as understood in its basic principles. Blackstone maintained that English law (and therefore, American law) had its roots in the laws of God. Prov 9:10The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. 11For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased. 12If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it. Blackstone recognized that "law, in its most general and comprehensive sense, signifies a rule of action." He identified the essential legal relationship that exists between God and his creation by observing, "Man, considered as a creature, must necessarily be subject to the laws of his Creator, for he is entirely a dependent being." God was acknowledged as the lawgiver and therefore the one who laid down certain immutable rules of action, that is, of right and wrong conduct. Eph 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Now let me be very frank with you in the truth of the Gospel and the clear teachings of the messages you are receiving on the laws of nature and natures God. 1. In the Gospel of our salvation we are given spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ and therefore no New Testament Preacher can give, grant or guarantee to you a prosperity Gospel, where you are granted and guaranteed health and wealth for obedience to God laws as the Nation of Israel was.    A prosperity Gospel as we often seen on television is a false Gospel! As witnessed by the testimony of the Apostle Paul! 2 Cor 11:23Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. 24Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. 25Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; 26In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; 27In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. 28Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches. 29Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not? 30If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities. 31The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I lie not.  Rom 12:15Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

2. Now since Joy is a spiritual gift and it is God’s will is that we should be Holy and without blame before him as minister of the Gospel I can guarantee you the Joy of the lord when you embrace the morality and righteousness of God law through the Spirit and not the letter as a rule of action for your life. Phil 4:6Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity. 11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. 12I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

The truth today is that most Christians know very little of the almighty his nature and of his rule of nations and the Earth and universe. Jer 24:7 And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.  The lessons and the messages on the Laws of Nature and Natures God are that you as Born again New Testament Christians will learn draw closer to your heavenly father while getting to know him in a more personal way so that you may see the wisdom and have the understanding to apply the morality and the righteousness of His law’s through the Spirit in the personal governess of your earthly life, as a godly rule of action for your life. 1 Tim 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. This should bring to you great joy and very likely a reasonable hope of prosperity in both the spiritual and physical realm of your life, in a general sense. 1 Pet 3:13And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? 14But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; 15But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Recognizing the relevance of the creation and the Bible, Blackstone noted that "[u]pon these two foundations, the law of nature and the law of revelation, depend all human laws; that is to say, no human laws should be suffered to contradict these." Proverbs 2:1My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; 2So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; 3Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; 4If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; 5Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.  6For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.  In other words, the law of God when written in God's creation (nature) or in the Bible (revelation), speaks with a unified voice. Moreover, this law is absolute: any law of man to the contrary is of no effect. Prov 11:7 The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them: but transgressors shall be taken in their own naughtiness.7When a wicked man dieth, his expectation shall perish: and the hope of unjust men perisheth. Various individuals, peoples, and governments have interpreted God's laws differently at different times.

The framers of the American system of government, however, were in one accord in "presuppos[ing] the existence of a God, the moral ruler of the universe, and a rule of right and wrong, of just and unjust, binding upon man, preceding all institutions of human society and government." In other words, the framers recognized that God laid down rules that governed the universe and nations and that these laws could be sufficiently understood because they are communicated by a God who wants people to know them. They presupposed a God who is not silent. Psalm 68:32 Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord Selah 33  To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice. The Laws of Nature and of Nature's God The Declaration of Independence is a document with its roots in the law of God. Perhaps the best place to begin understanding how the Declaration serves in this capacity is to discern how the framers understood and applied its principles to the creation and formation of civil government.

If we can understand how they took the Declaration's principles and applied them to the formation of constitutions, then we too should be able to apply those same principles to any other legal difficulties that our constitutional governments may face. The first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence sets the stage for the American independence and its indispensable reliance on the laws of God, the Creator. It declares: When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with one another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitles them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. By invoking the "Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" the 56 signers of the Declaration incorporated a legal standard of freedom into the form of government that would follow.

The theory of freedom adopted was simply that God's law was supreme and gave freedom. Lev 25: 10And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.   The phrase "Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" referred to the laws that God in his capacity as the Creator of the universe had established for the governance of people, nations and nature. These laws are variously described as the laws of Creation, God's Creation laws or as the framers elected to refer to them, as the laws of nature and of nature's God.

This body of law, whatever it is called, can be ascertained by people through an examination of God's creation, the text of the Bible, and to a certain limited degree, instinct or conscience. Rom 1:20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:  The decision to expressly rely upon God's law of creation was not a superficial one, but ably debated for many years before and after the Declaration was drafted. Thomas Jefferson, for instance, reflecting on the Declaration of Independence, wrote in 1825 that its essential point was "not to find out new principles, or new arguments, never before thought of, not merely to say things which had never been said before; but to place before mankind the common sense of the subject." For the common sense of the subject, the framers turned to the laws of creation. They gave the principles of that law expression in the Declaration.

Gen 1:26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. As you can see the phrase found in the Declaration of Independence: We hold theses Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness falls under the creation of Man in the Garden of Eden as evolution only grants life to the strong. It was in the garden where man was given by God life, liberty and the ability to enter into a full pursuit of happiness by his Creator.  

American jurisprudence for over two hundred years was based on the morale and social law of God as found in the Authorized Version of the Bible from which most of our civil and criminal laws were derived until the early part of the twenty century when they began to be replace with the laws of Human reason. Gen 26:5 4And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; 5Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

Every charter of every colony of the new world gave as its primary reason for establishment the propagating of the Christian religion. I give you the first two charters for examples of thirteen original colonies: The First Virginia Charter (April 10, 1606) and The Mayflower Compact (November 1620) being the first two charters of the new world with eleven to follow in similar suit. The First Virginia Charter (April 10, 1606) We, greatly commending and graciously accepting of there desires to the furtherance of so noble a work which may, by the providence of Almighty God, hereafter tender to the glories of His Divine Majesty in propagating of Christian religion to such people as yet live in darkness and miserable ignorance of the true knowledge and worship of God and may in time bring the infidels and salvages living in those parts to humane civilities and to a settled and quiet government, do by these our letters patents graciously accept of and agree to there humble and well intended desires; The Mayflower Compact (November 1620) IN The Name of God, Amen. We, whose names are underwritten, the Loyal Subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, &c. Having undertaken for the Glory of God, and Advancement of the Christian Faith, and the Honor of our King and Country, a Voyage to plant the first colony in the northern Parts of Virginia; Do by these Presents, solemnly and mutually in the Presence of God and one another, covenant and combine ourselves together into a civil Body Politick, for our better Ordering and Preservation, and Furtherance of the Ends aforesaid; and by virtue hereof to enact, constitute and frame such just and equal Laws, Ordinances, Acts, Constitutions and Offices, from time to time, as shall be thought most meet and convenient for the general good of the Colony, unto which we promise all due submission and obedience. In witness whereof we have hereunder subscribed our names at Cape Cod, the 11th of November, in the year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord King James, of England, France and Ireland the eighteenth, and of Scotland the fifty-fourth. Anno Domini 1620. Because we know that early American Christians concerned themselves with self government under the laws of God and they were greatly prospered from a study and application of the laws of nature and natures God. It is with out argument to teach that all of America’s prosperity comes as a result of government under the laws of nature and natures God as revealed in the Holy Bible.

The American experience or experiment was the making of laws for self governess under the laws of Nature and Natures God. As your pastor and your teacher this is what I recommend that you do individually as individuals and corporately as families. Prov 8:34Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. 35For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. 36But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death. That is because the true and living God is a God of the living and author of life. Matt 22:32I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.   God is the giver of Life and is in his nature he is pro-life! 1 Pet 3:10For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: 11Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. 12For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.  How can the Lord be anything but pro-life! John 11:5Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: God as the creator and redeemer can by his nature be only pro-life! John 5:26For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; 27And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

We can only find our joy life from the creator of our live! John 5:40And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.  He is so full of life that he wants us to have life more abundantly. John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  We can only have life through his name. John 20:31But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. It is a universal law that the true and living God is a God of life and their by always pro-life! Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  Psalm 16:1  Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. The law of God is perfect as it is a law that is always pro-life! Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  So today in our time much of the religious right claims that it is pro-life and that having an abortion under any circumstances is murder.

While the secular left compels us to reason that a woman’s body is her own and the choice is hers to do what she will with it! But, in most states before Row vs Wade abortion was illegal save to save the mothers life. Now choose wisely if you can with out the guidance of the word of God and his law. 1. If God is pro-life always and if an abortion is necessary to save the mothers life their must be an answer to this issue in the word of God to guide us in our choice of laudable ends which is wisdom as this was the law of the land in most of America before the row verse wade. Deut 22:6If a bird’s nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young: 7But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.

The principle of life from the author of life is found hear is as it was also stated with Eve being the mother of all living. To take the mother with the young was to destroy the fruitfulness of reproduction and to end all life with extinction of the species. If ever there is truly a choice between the mother or the child the mother is to be spared and the child sacrificed it is the law of life as found in nature and under the laws of natures God. Gen 20And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. Well then does that mean the pro-choice group is right and the mother gets to chose if she wants to abort her child? Well most certainly not if she is a Christian as her body is not her own.

Neither is the child the mothers body but its own body with its own right to life! 1 Cor 6:19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. Because God is truly good: Luke 18:18And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 19And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. 20Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. 21And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.   And is pro life: Luke 18:20Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. And is Holy: Psalm 22:3  But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.4  Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

He teaches his saints to hate evil and to put it away   Psalm 97:10  Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. God does this by delegating to man the penalty of death for those who bring death into the world. Exodus 21:12He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death. 13And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee. 14But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.  God’s Holiness is against all evil bringing death into the world and buy establishing a judicial system God has given man a righteous way under law and thru law to put away evil. Exodus 23:7Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked. Deut 17:12And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before the LORD thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel. 13And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.

Never the less God is pro-life in his law and this is found in the Law of (like for like). Exodus 21:23And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life, 24Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. God is neither blood thirsty or vengeful in his passing on man a death sentence for evil as God did not pass a sentence of death on Cain who was the Earths first murder. (Notice Cain’s personal selfishness in regard to his punishment but absolutely no remorse for his brother Able who he slew believing he was worthy of death without a crime worthy of death) Gen 4:13And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. (poor boy your brother Able was murdered without cause)14Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. 15And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

In the process of time the Earth eventually became filled with violence and God holiness required an end to the violence! Gen 6:11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.12And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.13And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. God in his wisdom understanding and his love has placed the authority to execute murderers of men to restrain violence in the earth. Gen. 9:6. "Whoever sheds man's blood, By man his blood shall be shed, For in the image of God He made man."

The purpose of all laws under God is to serve and protect the common good or the whole insuring domestic tranquility and to restrain evil. Deut 17:12And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before the LORD thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel. 13And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously. Abortion is nothing more than the murder of an innocent life that is not in a position to defend it self. A death sentence by law is reasonable in God’s morality for the slaying of innocent blood. Deut 25:25Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen. 26Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen. God’s law of life is a protector of all life the viable and the not so viable life of the womb during early pregnancy. Viability has absolutely nothing to do with the protection of life or the fruit of the womb. Exodus 21:18And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed: 19If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed. 20And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished. 21Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money.22If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. 23And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life, 24Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. 

MIS'CHIEF: Harm; hurt; injury; damage; evil, whether intended or not.  A new law is made to remedy the mischief. Intentional injury; harm or damage done by design. Ecc 11:5 As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: It is held that the question of personhood or viability is the central issue in the abortion debate and the position that your Pastor holds is that viability is irrelevant to the issue as that a human being's life begins at fertilization, this is where I believe ensoulment occurs and therefore abortion is always wrong with the exception of the over riding need to protect the life of the mother. I take this position because there are quite a few Biblical verses that can be interpreted to suggest that personhood begins at fertilization, or conception this belief is generally held by other orthodox Abrahamic religions as well. Jer 1:15 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.  For the God centered Bible based Christian individual human life begins at conception: At the moment of fertilization, a baby's genetic make-up is complete, including its sex. Having received an equal number of chromosomes from father and mother, the God of life in the miracle of the womb he created through conception he devised in his wisdom brings forth one new living human life. Job 31:15 Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb? Psalm 139:3 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. Hosea 12:3 He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God:  Gen 25:23And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. Luke 1:44For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.  Luke 141:41And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: Luke 2:21And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.    

The question of personhood: Establishing the point in time when a zygote/ embryo/ fetus becomes a "person" is open to debate since the definition of "personhood" is not universally agreed upon. Many argued that something can only be a person if it is self-aware and has temporal awareness. To this position we reply that a comatose person does not loose his/her personhood without us embracing the hideous doctrine of euthanasia which we reject. We hold the truth that a person does not always need to be self-aware to be alive.   Therefore, abortion is not morally acceptable, because a child of the womb does not need to meet this definition of personhood as established by some men, but by God. If this were the case infanticide would be permissible until the 3rd month after birth, because, at that point, self-awareness has often still not been fully acquired. Eeut 12:31Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods. 

A religious individual, on the other hand, might argue that one becomes a person at the moment of ensoulment. The precise point, at which this event occurs, however, varies depending upon the religion, sect, or theologians. Saint Thomas Aquinas placed the entrance of the soul into the body at 42 days into pregnancy for a male fetus and 90 days for a female. Therefore, some have concluded that abortion would be permissible in the period before ensoulment but ensoulment is not provable as it is your pastors position that ensoulment accrues at conception. Many hold the position that abortion, before 14th day of pregnancy, was acceptable, because after this point the division of the zygote through the process of monozygotic twinning becomes impossible. Current research suggests that fertilized embryos naturally fail to implant some 30% to 60% of the time. Of those that do implant, about 25% are miscarried in the first two to three weeks after pregnancy can be detected. Curran also suggested that the developing embryo should not be considered a person until its chance of survival to live birth was greater than one half. But even today monozygotic twinning remains as an act of God not man.
