MOTIVES FOR SOULWINNING
I. When we win souls, we glorify God
I Cor. 10:31 – “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.”
II. When we win souls, we rescue sinners from hell.
Psalm 9:17 – “ the wicked shall be turned into hell, and all people who forget God.”
III. When we win souls, we encourage other Christians.
I Thess. 2:19 – 20 – “For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of Our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? For ye are our glory and joy.”
IV. When we win souls, we strengthen the church. Acts 2:47
V. We should win souls because God commands us

VI. Our position is urging us and responsibility is pressing us.

VII. The field is calling us and Jesus has chosen us.

VIII. The nature of the Gospels is requiring us. Hell is requesting us and Heaven is encouraging us.

X. Jesus set the example for us.
